Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Surface Interval account and all associated dive data at any time.

From inside the app

  1. Open Surface Interval and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account, dive logs, photos, and profile will be removed within 30 days.

By email

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email address on your account to support@surfaceintervalapp.com. We'll confirm and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • All dive logs, sites, and species sightings
  • Uploaded photos and notes
  • Friends, leaderboard entries, and achievements

Anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. total dives logged across all users) may be retained.
